| Overview | : | Nick Knowles and the team enlist the help of the local community in Durham to reconfigure a home and reunite a family torn apart by illness. Sixteen-year-old Kieron Purvis collapsed with an undiagnosed heart condition in December 2009. Following a heart transplant and a double amputation, the Purvis family found themselves living apart because their home was not equipped for Kieron's special needs.
